My Review

Barbara does a very nice job of taking the time to break down the process of making cheese. For a beginner this is the book you need to get. Before you even begin, you are introduced to necessary staple kitchen items that you will need as well as the process of cheese making.

Each recipe has easy to follow instructions. I would say that if you follow step by step than you are guaranteed to have great results with your experience making cheese. In other words "fool proof". I am a big fan of cheese as is my husband, so I am excited to make the cheeses featured in this book. If you have a loved one or a friend that loves cheese, then you have to pick up a copy of this book for them. They will be thanking you.
